Pinch poke first of the month, har har Derek I got you this month. I will be up waiting at 12pm on the 31st to get you again!
Ok so I get it, the summer isn't coming I'm resigned to the fact but a dry Autumn would be lovely (lovely she says as the rain pelting on the window is louder than the radio)
I made a puzzle album, I think that is what they are called and will do one for the next scrap class. I had loads of photos from climbing Croagh Patrick but none worth a LO in themselves so a mini album was perfect.

Not your norm

2 page Lo of our day out last week to the Ceige Fields. We wouldn't pay in so made our own fun, admittedly we looked like mental patients around all the American tourists but fun all the same! I never had pictures of myself because it's always me behind the camera so it was nice to scrap myself for a change!

Milis New Home

I said I would scrap a LO for a friend for her new house, D supervised the making of the fence.... men!
I can't get enough of these Anita's glittery stickers! Finally got to use my new grass die cut and inked the edges, might add a few buttons to the corner flowers and volia c'est fini!

Something you never want to see

Your button pot falling over and hearing hundreds of buttons bouncing across the floor, dammit and I just had them all colour coordinated!
One guilty looking dog although he did nothing, just from my screams alone he knew it was not a good place to be in right now!

The face of fear

Lets go on a big wheel...ohh ya that would be fun (knowing full well he is scared of heights) welllll how the tables turned, I was TERRIFIED and then he discovered you could spin it as did the man at the bottom, he loved he hear my screams. All I could think of what at that exact time last year I was walking down the aisle and had pretty much the same face on me!

Our paper anniversary

I told him not to buy anything but I wanted a token from him for our first year. I got a text while at work the dog had jumped up on the scraptable and everything had gone awol. Little did I know it was his sneaky way of covering his tracks in case I noticed he used a bit of ribbon (ya like I keep that good of track on my stash!)
I think it's so sweet and I know it took alot for him to do, I will just have to get on to him about using a few more techniques!

We are sole mates

Matching shoes, god you would know we were a couple on holidays!
Taken on our funkymoon (one year anniversary) in Galway, this was one of those paper I've had since I started scrapping and just didn't want to use it because it was so pretty! Really have to get over my obsession with collecting pretty paper and stroking them :)

There is only so much I can blame the camera for crappy photos but with the glitter in love it just wouldn't focus and the mess behind the photos is because I live in a cave and there are no other bright spots in the house! I like complicated cards because I feel I did something IYKWIM and the picture is one of the spare ones from the 400 photos the photographer gave us!

Scrap Class Numbero 2

Saturday 1st August 12-3pm in Guardian Angel Montessori! Looking forward to seeing everyone there, email/txt me if you haven't got directions!
You will need :scissors, wet glue, bone cutter if you have one and some photos for one Layout.
There will also be a prize for someone lucky, that's if Caroline doesn't pull out her own name again!

Secret Garden Exploding Box

I love making exploding boxes but so much work goes into them! Didn't want to make this a personal one as the last 2 were wedding ones but I like the way it came out-bright and colourful!!

Getting 2 birds with one stone

Not much in the mood to scrap and 2 challenges this week are to include stitching real or drawn on and to include 3 squares in a LO. Did it in one!

These were the seeds the kids planted back in March and I planted them outside not thinking twice about them until the other day I looked down and saw this monster!
I used alot of recycled or cheap things on it, handmade flowers, flowers from other cards,lil gardening tools where from an old card, scraps of old paper, white brads coloured to look like sunflowers and I got the dragonfly in lidl!

Found the xray that lead me to have my wisdom teeth out! You can see on the left side the last tooth that has grown into my jaw and I couldn't open my mouth (some might say it was a good thing), my face swelled up like a hamster storing nuts after the operation and I couldn't eat solid food for a month what else did a bride to be need!
