Had such an urge to write Little Boy Big Boobs but I couldn't lol

I think this is the first time I cursed on a layout but it was written on a post it so I had to! It's titled Oh Shit, keep calm and carry on!

Altered spoon

This months challenge on Cardznscrapz was to alter a spoon. I kept putting it off because in my head I had the idea "a spoonful of sugar" but no images to suit. The spoon is part of a mission where I stole it from work, badly...in front of a canteen of people and dropping it 3 times. Such a bad thief! 

Using metal markers I coloured it in and covered the spoon part in graphic 45 paper and the fella....well he was just an old stamp and never been used! Glossy accented the glass on the jars and wrapped wire all around the handle. A fragment with the G45 paper behind it on top of the spoon finished it off. It looks ridiculous but then again it's a spoon with paper on it so of course it's going to be!

Smash*ing fun

What's another way to spend my money & torment myself for not having enough time to do it? Smash* books ticked all that criteria. Really haven't a clue what I'm doing but it's fun to smush everything in :) I did a swap recently with Aideen who was very generous starting me off my smash stash. I decided the theme of the book should be a time capsule do I'm taking a capture of the fufu's in 2012!

The pain of scrapbooking

To say that cutting out so many circles with a crappy I brad hole puncher in 3 different sizes was so difficult is an understatement....as I mash the iPad with my hands because my fingers no longer work I just hope my pain paid off :) inspired by pinterest I made about 8 cards along with this, I love the spectrum of colours!

Fuzzy cutting wedding card

Anne spotted my cutting today (Got the new Tonic TH scissors ahhhh) and said a cross communication between Americans and fussy cutting is sometimes called fuzzy cutting :) So here is my fuzzy cut card with PTI camera & new flower  stamp. I think it took no more than 5 minutes but like how it turned out! I wanted to personalise it but the person who ordered the card didn't know the names of the couple...should be a good wedding!

New pti stamps

So I saw a picture today that says a friend helps you to craft shop, a good friend helps you to hide it! Convinced Emma is my enabler, I only had my pti order today & was putting another in for inks!

 

This is the new pti shutterbug die which has the cutest pull down tag like a Polaroid. I don't think I've ever loved a stamp set as much!

 

This lo on the other hand.... Really thought I wanted blank Cardstock but I'm not feeling it. It's missing something, I'll have to try again I think!

Ohhh new scrap stash!

The whole window shopping online is very dangerous when all you have to do is push confirm to buy...a few drinks saturday night and I bought a little (if Derek can't see this, I bought a lot!) I got a chance to scrap in peace & actually enough it for the first time in ages.

Paper is echo park & I got a huge stash of coloured card stock by Papermania. My hexagon stamp is pti ( my stamping is so fricking bad!) and a few hand made embellishments such as the banner, flag & ribboned buttons

Anniversary card

Again one of these days that isn't really sprung on me... 4 years on 08.08 and I decided at the last minute to make a card. Pti Rosie posie stamp and hand cut wobbly hearts but it's what's on the inside that counts right?
